RCOM Communications Software was founded by Paul Romero, in 1996, after working several years in the telecommunications industry. He has held positions in the Alcatel-TITN protocol group and ADAX Inc. where he developed an X.25 packet layer, ITU session and transport layers, and implemented a variety of TCP family protocols.
